Sisa Bistro is the second venture of Elaine and Michelle in Panglao, Bohol. The first Filipino fusion restaurant that they set up is a small kiosk inside Uptown In, called Pilya! Basta Cuisine. Their best seller, Pinoy Adobo Beef Ribs has made a mark on the tourists of Alona Beach.
Now, they embark on their second venture to promote and modernize the different local cuisine of the Philippines with a better ambiance.
Sisa Bistro, also features work of local Boholano artists through some wall murals, and Elaine's upcycled light fixtures. Most of the lights around Sisa Bistro were all crafted from different materials during the construction and other scraps. Have a look and you will see the different materials of the lights from condemned SCUBA Tanks, wine bottles, beer keg, bicycle parts, etc.
